Your Mortgage Room was founded in Brighton, East Sussex, by Charlotte Oakley. The team brings together more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry, much of it spent helping clients in Brighton, Worthing, Shoreham and the surrounding areas.

We help first time buyers, home movers, property investors and homeowners looking to remortgage, with a comprehensive range of mortgage and insurance products. We are not tied to specific lenders, so our recommendations are based on what suits you.

We are an online and telephone based brokerage with a secure system for sending documents, which means you can speak to us at a time that suits you. We do not charge for your initial consultation, and we always go the extra mile to make sure you receive a high standard of service.
